- Nsy to 1st Standard Group:- Age group limit should be 3 years as on 31st March alongwith the Photostat copy of Municipal Corporation Birth certificate duly attested.
- 2nd to 10th Standard:- Student who seek admission in these classes are required to submit their dates of birth certificate showing their date of birth.
- A Candidate who has entered any Govt. / Recognized / Affiliated school cannot be admitted without school leaving certificate from the school last attended.
- 10+1 and 10+2 Standard: - The application must be accompanied by original and attested copies: -
(a) Date of birth certificate ( M.C)
(b) Gazette Photostat copy showing result with D.O.B (10th Std).
(c) A good conduct certificate from the head of the institution last attended showing date of birth.
(d) Certificate of the 8th / 10th standard.
(e) School leaving certificate from Govt. / Recognized / affiliated schools.
(f) Board Registration Card.
(g) C.B.S.E, other states / board's students must countersigned their S.L.C from their respective boards and submit Migration where applicable.
(h) Two latest passport size photographs.
